Great to meet you!

I'm Lilli Correll, LPC-S and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with 30 years of clinical experience and a Master of Arts in Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University. I am currently completing certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

More important than any credential is this: I will show up fully present, genuinely curious about you, and deeply committed to helping you understand your story — and find your way forward.

I work with adults navigating complex trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, dysregulation, generational patterns, and those who are high-functioning but feel like life isn't what they want it to be.

My approach to therapy

I believe you're capable and have already faced challenges that may have felt insurmountable — someone who has adapted in ways that made complete sense given what you've lived through.

My approach is active, collaborative, and purposeful — blending trauma-informed care, family systems, somatic strategies, and solution-focused therapy. We're not here to circle the same ground indefinitely. My goal is to help you understand your current experience and move purposefully toward the life you actually want. Compassionate and intentional.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another — to share what's bringing you in, what you're hoping to shift, and what's been getting in the way. Together we'll begin to map a path forward that makes sense for you.

I strive to create a warm, respectful space where you can be honest and real — without pressure to have it all figured out. I'll check in regularly to make sure our work stays aligned with what you actually need.

And yes, I value humor and celebrating small wins.
