Great to meet you!

You're somewhere between the person you used to be and the one you're still becoming, and that in between space can be surprisingly disorienting. I've spent 17 years working alongside people who are ready for something different but aren't quite sure yet how to get there. I work with adults across all stages of life, including adolescents and seniors, and I have a particular love for people in their 20s, LGBTQIA+ clients, and anyone standing at a turning point wondering what comes next. Deep listening and a genuine sense of humor are what I bring to every session.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we slow down and take a real look at what's been getting in the way. Sometimes it feels like we're just walking alongside each other for a while, finding our way to the heart of what matters. That's kind of the point. I work a lot with anxiety, depression, and ADD/ADHD, as well as maternal mental health and the kind of everyday stress that builds so quietly you stop noticing how much it's costing you. Whatever you're carrying, we'll work together to understand it and start building something that actually feels like you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take our time getting to know each other. I'll probably ask "what brings you in today?" and I mean it genuinely. I want to understand what your life feels like right now and what would need to shift for things to feel better. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the process, and I'll do my best to help you feel at ease from the start. If you're curious about working together, reach out. I'd love to hear where you are.
