I have experience with adolescents and adults dealing with mild to severe mental health problems including trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, etc. I create a safe space for you to explore yourself and identify what you need to live a fulfilling life.

My primary approach to therapy is existential and humanistic. I'm honest, direct, and non-judgmental. I use therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral, therapy, cognitive processing, EMDR, among others.
