Great to meet you!

When Lily is not practicing therapy, trust that Lily is watching history documentaries, new TV series and movies, reading mystery novels, and spending time in the sun. As a Houston native, Lily enjoys finding new relaxing spots, going to the science and art museum, and live performances. A unique part of Lily’s therapy style is cultivating joy; enjoying hobbies, interesting and new experiences that will form lasting memories. Lily’s message to clients: “Now more than ever, people are faced with limited community and feeling disconnected from one another, through community building and involvement we can foster emotional well being, introvert and extrovert friendly.”

My approach to therapy

Lily works with adults of all ages, navigating challenges with sustainable routines, LGBTQIAA affirming care, trauma recovery, and a wide range of mental health disorders. Through self-exploration and strength building, Lily encourages self-motivation and accountability, in order to feel more grounded and mindful. Lily utilizes mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and distress tolerance techniques, allowing you to feel more conscious of your symptoms and regain focus when navigating challenges. As we continue to build awareness and understanding of our mental health, we are able to gain insight and create long lasting change. Living through our values, culture, and connectedness we can create a life that reflects our needs and makes us feel fulfilled.

What you can expect from me

Lily focuses on goal orientation and accountability, focusing on our needs whether that talking and processing through life's challenges or brain storming solutions in order to make real changes to our day to day routine. Therapy can be many things and for Lily, therapy can mean reclaiming your life and cultivating the life that inspires the individual.
