Lillian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and addiction. As an ally who stands in solidarity with refugees and immigrants of any status, she focuses on cultural sensitivity, accommodating the differing values and attitudes of diverse populations and cultures. Her therapeutic focus includes, but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural/diversity, and LGBTQIA2S+ issues.

My approach to therapy

Lillian is a down-to-earth therapist who provides individuals with a safe and supportive environment, allowing individuals to be their authentic selves, while overcoming their barriers. Using a strength-based approach, she empowers and motivates individuals, families, and couples. Focusing on a holistic approach, Lillian incorporates traditional therapeutic processes as well as cognitive behavioral and trauma focused therapy to promote healing and attainment of maximize potential.
