Great to meet you!

“You don’t have to figure everything out alone — I’m here to help make the tough stuff feel a little lighter.”

Hi! I’m a therapist who works with teens, young adults, and parents who support them. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, and faith-related concerns. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and start to make meaningful changes.

I genuinely enjoy this work. Whether I’m helping a teen make sense of overwhelming feelings or supporting a young adult through a major life shift, I walk alongside you at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build practical tools, and help you move toward confidence, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

Therapy Style: Warm, casual, supportive, and collaborative.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches to fit each person’s needs, including:

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
  • DBT-informed skills (emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness)
  • Person-Centered Therapy
  • Strengths-Based and Empowerment Approaches
  • Faith-integrated therapy (when desired by the client)
  • Creative and reflective techniques for teens

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to be yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are relaxed and conversational. Together, we will:

  • Identify what’s weighing on you
  • Build practical tools to manage emotions and stress
  • Strengthen self-esteem and self-awareness
  • Explore patterns that no longer serve you
  • Work toward a clearer, more confident version of yourself

My goal is to help you feel better—not overwhelmed—so we move at a pace that feels right for you.
