Great to meet you!

I’m truly excited for the opportunity to work with you. I believe everyone deserves to feel joy and live authentically, and I’m here to support you in that journey. I work with adolescents and adults, and I’m an LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming clinician. I’ve supported clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use, and I’m especially passionate about trauma work—helping you build the skills, clarity, and self-compassion needed to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and person-centered therapy, so we can find the style that fits you best.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle, comfortable introduction. We’ll start by getting to know each other and talking about what brought you here. You can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure.

The goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood as we begin this process together.
