Great to meet you!

If you're parenting a neurodivergent child and feeling overwhelmed by appointments, school meetings, uncertainty, or the emotional weight of it all, you deserve a space that's just for you. As a fellow Autism parent, I am passionate about supporting parents of autistic children, especially those navigating a new diagnosis, through emotional support, IEP advocacy, and educational guidance. Additionally, I also enjoy working with teens (14+), college students, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting parents of neurodivergent children, along with tweens/teens, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate, culturally responsive approach that combines practical coping strategies with emotional support, including guidance with special education, IEP advocacy, and parenting challenges.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're supporting an autistic child, adjusting to a major life transition, or feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, therapy can provide a space to feel heard, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. When you're ready, I'm here to help.
