Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Lilly and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist focusing on supporting people as they navigate trauma and unstable environments, helping them develop tools to cope, feel more grounded, and move forward with resilience.

I work especially well with individuals facing life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and not alone in the process.

I’m deeply passionate about walking alongside my clients as they work toward healing, personal growth, and meaningful change. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University, and throughout my career I’ve had the privilege of working with adults, children, and families.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and rooted in honoring each person’s unique values, needs, and goals. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, and I partner with clients to develop goals that feel meaningful, realistic, and aligned with where they are in their lives. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy, I support clients as they move toward growth, healing, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and talk about the kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll also go over logistics, answer any questions, and start creating a plan that feels right for you!
