Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Lilly Lupinetti. I completed my BS in psychology from Niagara University and my Masters in Science in clinical mental health counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I have experience working with adults in inpatient and outpatient settings. I also have experience with psychiatric rehabilitation programs. I specialize in working with adults who present with a range of concerns, such as schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse, and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am here to help you on your mental health journey. Therapy is a powerful tool that can be used for growth. However, finding your ideal therapist may be a challenge. My goal is to provide warmth, comfort, and understanding as we work collaboratively through your therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from our first session

My therapeutic orientation mainly consists of a solution-focused and strength-based approach with cognitive behavioral therapy and existentialism incorporated. I strongly believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Therefore, I strive to collaborate with each individual client to develop a treatment plan that will satisfy their needs and goals.
