Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by school, work, relationships, or the pressure of figuring out what's next? Maybe anxiety is making it hard to focus, depression is draining your energy, or you're struggling to get the sleep you need. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to face it alone.

I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and feel genuinely heard. Together, we'll explore what's been getting in your way, build on your strengths, and develop a treatment plan that fits your goals and your life. Whether you're navigating college, starting your career, or adjusting to major life changes, I'm here to support you with compassion and evidence-based care.

As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I have over 10 years of experience in psychiatric care across inpatient and outpatient nursing settings in Massachusetts. I enjoy working with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and mood disorders, helping them build resilience, improve their well-being, and move toward the life they want to create.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you find the treatment approach that works best for you. I believe the best care comes from a collaborative partnership where your concerns, goals, and preferences guide our decisions together.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, or navigating a major life transition, I'll take the time to understand your unique experiences rather than focusing only on symptoms. I also encourage healthy lifestyle habits and, when beneficial, collaboration with your therapist or other healthcare providers to support your overall well-being.

My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling heard, supported, and empowered with a clear plan for moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll take the time to learn about what brought you in, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. We'll talk about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current lifestyle, and any questions or concerns you may have.

If medication is appropriate, we'll discuss your treatment options together, including the potential benefits, risks, and what to expect. My goal is for you to feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in your care.

By the end of our first session, you'll have a better understanding of your symptoms, a personalized treatment plan, and clear next steps so you can move forward with confidence.
