Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, or emotional stress, you're not alone. I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, women's issues, trauma, and life changes while building resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being. With more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges and understand that every person's story is unique. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we'll identify what's holding you back and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and actively involved in the process. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we'll build on your strengths, explore challenges with curiosity and compassion, and create realistic strategies that support lasting growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, personal history, and goals while identifying areas where you'd like support. My priority is creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where you feel heard and respected from the very beginning. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and a plan for moving forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
