Great to meet you!

I moved to Colorado in 2019 and fell in love with the state. I enjoy spending time outdoors running or hiking, reading, and playing different instruments. I graduated from the University of Denver and have experience working with adolescents and young adults exploring their identities, struggling with depression and anxiety, relationship concerns, and recovering from trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a very person-centered approach to therapy, creating space and asking questions for you to get to know yourself better. I also like to incorporate mindfulness in my sessions. I've been described as warm, understanding, and empowering by my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope clients can leave sessions with the feeling that I understand them and believe in their healing journey! Clients can expect to learn new coping skills and to feel supported while learning to think differently about themselves.
