Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and compassionate psychiatric provider who believes in treating the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. My passion for psychiatry began at a very young age and has only deepened throughout my 14 years in the healthcare field. I completed my education in Florida, United States, and bring a culturally sensitive, evidence-based approach to every patient I see.

As a bilingual provider, fluent in English and Spanish, I take pride in helping individuals from diverse backgrounds feel understood and supported. I’m also a proud wife and mother of two, which gives me a deep appreciation for the challenges of balancing family, career, and self-care.

My practice provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward healing, balance, and emotional well-being. I aim to empower patients to reach their fullest potential and live more peaceful, fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

At Maltezos Wellness & Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, patient-centered care that respects your unique experiences, background, and culture. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported on your journey to mental wellness.
