Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist offering therapy to individuals and couples. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles with an emphasis in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. I traveled to Japan to study Mindfulness from a Zen buddhism lens. I have worked with a variety of individuals ranging from toddlers to older adults, which has allowed me to develop a versatile process that helps the client wherever they may be on their life path.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we are all unique and ultimately have the ability to reach our full potential. My process involves using a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit in a loving and gentle way.

What you can expect from me

Going to therapy can be a difficult choice especially when you know healing is messy and painful. I incorporate talk therapy and effective methods such as EMDR, Somatic work, and Mindfulness exercises. My hope is that you feel heard in a non-judgmental and empathic way while also becoming empowered through the skills that we will build together.
