Great to meet you!

I bring humor, honesty, and genuine connection to therapy, creating a space where you can explore relationships, intimacy, and life's challenges without judgment. My approach recognizes you as the expert on your life—I'm simply here to offer guidance and practical support to help you build the future you want.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to approach our work together with genuine curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor. As a queer woman and therapist with specialized training in sex and couples therapy, I create a space where all identities and relationship structures are welcomed and deeply understood.

While my background in sex therapy informs my practice, I offer support across many dimensions of life. Whether you're exploring your identity, seeking to enhance your relationship with yourself or others, processing conflict, navigating mental health challenges, or facing life transitions and stressors—I provide a judgment-free environment where growth and healing can flourish.

What you can expect from me

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people live fulfilling lives, whatever that means to them. I hope you leave our sessions with deeper self understanding, the comfort of knowing you have a space dedicated to yourself each week, and some new tools to cope with whatever life is throwing at you.
