Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist specializing in teen, young adults, and adults therapy, with a focus on adjustment/transitional concerns, anxiety, and depression. I work with children, adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, stress, identity development, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll probably find me spending time with my therapy-dog-in-training, Birdie, or watching movies!

My approach to therapy

My practice has a strong emphasis on women’s mental health, including stress, self-esteem, life balance, and mood concerns. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident managing life’s challenges.

If you’re looking for a therapist for anxiety, depression, teen counseling, young adult/adult therapy, or women’s health, I strive to offer compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, comfortable space where you can be yourself — no judgment, just curiosity and compassion. Whether we’re talking through challenges, learning new skills, or finding moments of laughter, my goal is to help each client feel more understood and empowered.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me typically feels a bit more informational then sessions to follow. I will go over background/history, answer questions, ask questions, and find a clear pathway for us to get started with. If you do not have a specific goal for yourself in therapy, thats okay! We will develop and find a path together.
