Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying anxiety, trauma, or intense emotional ups and downs for a long time. You don’t have to navigate that alone. I specialize in treating PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, and depression. I work collaboratively with clients to help them feel more grounded, understood, and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, supportive, and rooted in research. Together, we focus on building practical skills, improving relationships, and creating a life you love to live. I am trained in the leading treatments for PTSD and BPD, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as effective treatments for anxiety, depression, and panic.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a warm, safe space for you to learn and grow towards your ideal version of you! I believe that therapy doesn't have to be serious and heavy all the time - light and laughter have a place in our sessions. As your teammate, I will be right there in the trenches with you, encouraging you and motivating you the whole way through.
