Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself experiencing hopelessness? My name is Lina Hinojosa and I aim to help people discover a deeper love for themselves, no matter the challenges that life presents. I specialize in: General Mental Health, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Depression, Personal Growth and Self-Esteem and General relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers). I hope to hear from you! Si se habla Espanol

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic approach and pull from different treatment methodologies (i.e. Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, TFCBT, Motivational Interviewing, to name a few). I may assign homework but assignments are typically experiential and don’t involve textbook readings. I enjoy working with any client willing to put in the work, as I supply them with the tools and they apply them to their lives.

What you can expect from me

An intake session, or also known as the first session, will involve getting to know one another, while gathering historical background on the person and learning what one desires out of therapy.
