Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-understanding, and resilience. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work and have experience working in a variety of clinical settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I work primarily with adults and have experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and help you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult time or pursuing personal growth, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment during their first session. Our time together will focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and exploring the concerns, challenges, or goals that are most important to you. I will ask questions about your current situation, personal history, relationships, and strengths to gain a better understanding of your unique experiences.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn about my approach, and determine whether we are a good fit. There is no pressure to share everything at once; we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of our session, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss a plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
