Great to meet you!

Wondering why you continue to repeat unhealthy patterns throughout your life? Therapy can provide the tools necessary to regain a sense of balance. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment in which one feels supported in their efforts to change as well as connected with one's strengths. I'm here to listen, support and guide you on a healthy successful path.

My approach to therapy

Over the last 20 years, i have worked with children & adults providing therapy on a wide range of difficult topics including life transitions, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, abuse, self esteem, attachment issues and communication skills. My approach is non-judgmental & supportive. We will work together to understand the root of your challenges. For your convenience, I provide both telehealth sessions and in person sessions (dependent on location site).

What you can expect from me

My goal is to empower you, as well as help you develop more effective coping skills and improve social and emotional functioning. In addition to using traditional verbal psychotherapy, I also have a specialization in art therapy. Creative arts therapy can serve a non-threatening medium when words are not enough. There is no artistic skill or experience needed to participate in a creative arts therapy session.
