I’ve been in the nursing field for over 19 years and became a psychiatric nurse practitioner through Walden University, focusing on mood and attention disorders in children, teens, and adults. I take a warm, empowering, and open-minded approach. I provide medication management with integrated therapy and speak both English and Spanish. Outside of work, I love spending time with family, training my puppy, exploring new spots in South Florida, and enjoying photography.

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I incorporate evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing into my medication management sessions, but please know that I do not do solely psychotherapy as any psychotherapy done is strictly alongside medication management. I believe in empowering clients through education and shared decision-making—whether that means exploring holistic options, medication, or both.
