Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) located in Florida. I earned my Master's degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have been practicing for 7 years. My work primarily involves supporting adults, adolescents, and children in comprehending and processing their past and present traumas. I firmly believe that all mental health challenges have underlying origins, and I guide my clients in uncovering these sources, leading to a significant reduction in their symptoms.

I take pride in my eclectic approach utilizing EMDR, CBT , Mindfulness and other modalities as needed .This method allows me to tailor sessions specifically for each client, resulting in established and effective playbooks that aid individuals in discovering the root causes of their challenges. My ultimate gratification stems from crafting these personalized plans, which consistently lead to measurable progress and leave clients with a renewed sense of self and an improved state of well-being.

In our first session together, we'll begin with brief introductions, followed by a deep exploration of the specific challenges you are currently struggling with. This process will serve as the foundation for me to formulate a tailored and custom plan that we can collaboratively begin working on in our subsequent sessions.
