Great to meet you!

I bring 20 years of experience in the mental health field, and my passion is helping people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means you’ll always have a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, feelings of emptiness, relationship concerns, career stress, and other emotional challenges. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and empower you with compassion, clarity, and effective tools for change.

I am also EMDR-trained, and specialize in helping clients process and heal from trauma, stuck memories, and deeply rooted emotional pain. EMDR can create powerful shifts, and I integrate it gently and intentionally to support your healing journey.

If you’re ready for change—even if you’re not sure where to start—we will walk that path together. With the right support, we can move mountains, and you can step into the life you’ve been wanting and deserving.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, person-centered approach, creating a non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your needs. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based techniques to help you work through difficult experiences, build insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want with clarity, confidence, and support.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what you hope to get out of therapy. We’ll talk at your pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. I’ll ask gentle, guiding questions to understand your concerns, answer any questions you have about the process, and work with you to create a plan that feels supportive and doable. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
