Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience. I treat each client with empathy, professionalism, evidence based treatment, and a patient-centered focus to provide high quality mental health care to everyone I see.

My approach to therapy

My clinical focus includes depressive disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, and age‐related mental health concerns. I take a collaborative approach to treatment, integrating thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I believe effective care begins with truly understanding the individual, not just the diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

On your first visit, we will start with a brief introduction and dive into specific challenges you are facing. This will help personalize treatment plans for us to follow. Either in person or telehealth, I create a calming, and non-judgemental environment to foster therapeutic outcomes.
