Great to meet you!

As an experienced clinician, with a lot of life experiences as well, I bring with me a rich set of resources to address patients needs in a safe and calm environment. I strive to help my patients move forward at their own pace and work toward their goals. I am open-minded and creative and will look for perspectives to help my patients move toward and achieve their goals. My patience, warm and gentle manner will help you through your journey!

A bit about my approach to therapy

As everyone brings in different issues and we are all individuals, I do not approach patientsin a one size fits all manner, even if the problems encountered look similiar. I do a complete assessment and tailor fit treatment to each patients unique personality and expression.

What you can expect from our first session

My patients can expect changes in their perspectives and situations in concordance with the goals set, interventions used and patient participation in the planning and implementation of the treatment.
