Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience in private practice in the Cleveland area. Over the course of my career I've worked with a wide range of concerns, and I bring that depth and breadth to every client relationship. I also collaborate closely with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, so if medication management or a higher level of care becomes part of your journey, I know how to connect you to the right support. I'm now expanding into virtual therapy, and I'd love to bring that same commitment to our work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and open. I meet people exactly where they are and shape our work around what you actually need, not a fixed formula. I have a deep interest in the connection between mind and body. Breathing, body awareness, and mindfulness can be powerful complements to talk therapy, and I often weave those threads into our sessions. Whether you are navigating a life transition, managing anxiety or depression, working through relationship challenges, or just need a space where someone genuinely listens, I am here for it. I believe you can't discount anyone based on age or background, and I work with adults across the full spectrum of life experience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a warm, unhurried conversation. I'll take time to understand where you're coming from, what has brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we begin. I'm open to wherever you are. By the end of our first meeting, my goal is for you to feel heard and to have a clear sense of what our work together might look like going forward.
