Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a Social Worker for over 38 years. I have a lot of experience in the areas of behavioral health services which includes a host of treatment focus areas and chemical dependency. I am energetic and enthusiastic about my work with clients. I am currently accepting new clients at this time. I like to incorporate in my work with clients self expression and self exploration. Outside of my work I love to engage in dance therapy, exercise for fitness, reading and sewing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to the therapeutic process is person centered encompassing evidenced based practices. I always like when the client engages in the process to lead the work of their own self exploration.

What you can expect from me

A client will walk away with a better improved sense of self, greater feelings of self-empowerment and emotional stability. One's self confidence will boost up as well in the process.
