Great to meet you!

I believe in a positive, supportive approach to actualize our innate potentials for growth and healing. With over twenty years experience in private practice in New York City, I have been privileged to witness the power of unconditional love and acceptance of ourselves and others. Compassion for ourselves extends to the world, and we can find meaning and purpose in our lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My specialty is the integration of spirituality and psychology. All traditions and paths are respected on the journey to awakening. Our suffering and challenges can be reframed as part of that journey. Using insight and self-awareness, we can transcend repeating patterns and bring forth that which is within us.

What you can expect from our first session

A new sense of joy, hope, positive self-regard, and possibility. We rarely see ourselves as we actually are - radiant, spiritual beings. When this is reflected, the True Self emerges, and we are finally liberated from the bondage of ego and false conceptualization.
