Great to meet you!

I am a certified EMDR therapist trained in Somatic therapies, including the Trauma Resiliency Model. I focus on trauma and abuse recovery and the connection between your mind and body. I help adults living in toxic relationships or who grew up in one. I enjoy helping you strengthen core boundaries and reshape unhealthy behavior patterns. I also help adults with high-functioning autism, anxiety, and bipolar. I understand the 12-step recovery model and have been a Christian for 28 years.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy with a client-centered approach. I utilize an eclectic treatment method that includes EMDR, Cognitive, psychodynamic, and strength-based approaches. I value providing a safe environment where you can feel heard, respected and understood without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Deciding to engage in therapy requires faith and trust, faith in the possibility of change, and trust in the person you choose to help you. My focus isn't to change you or tell you what to do. My focus is to know who you are and what you want. My job is to help you get there.
