Great to meet you!
Life can be very hard. Sometimes you just need a safe, welcoming space to feel heard and understood. I am a warm, collaborative therapist. After many years as an administrator, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, I learned that what I most valued in my work was the people - so, in 2011, I became a Social Worker in order to more directly support individuals, couples and families through a wide range of life challenges and transitions. My focus is on helping people clarify their values and build lives that feel authentic, meaningful and empowering. Many of the concerns I work with involve grief and loss, parenting and family stress, health, aging and disability-related concerns, as well as navigating young adulthood. Together, we work to strengthen coping skills, resilience, and self-compassion to meet life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
