Great to meet you!

Personal Statement

Welcome to my practice. With two graduate degrees in psychology and clinical social work, I bring extensive experience from private practice, mental health and medical settings. Stress, depression, and anxiety can interfere with our daily lives, clouding our ability to think clearly and make sound judgments. We may find ourselves feeling overly emotional and reactive, even at the smallest things. I can help you explore your concerns and determine a path forward for you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, relationship conflict stress, and, when appropriate, post-traumatic stress disorder. My therapeutic approaches include psychoeducation, supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral (CBT), cognitive processing (CPT), ACT (acceptance & Commitment), insight oriented and interpersonal therapy.

What you can expect from me

Stress, depression, and anxiety can interfere with our daily lives, clouding our ability to think clearly and make sound judgments. We may find ourselves feeling overly emotional and reactive, even at the smallest things. I can help you understand what is happening within yourself and provide tools for managing these challenges. I am here to walk with you through this process, working together toward healing, understanding and personal growth.
