Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, work stress, and self-defeating patterns, offering a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can happen. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care and extensive trauma-informed training, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized, helping you build insight, confidence, and practical tools to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Collaborative, person-centered, and holistic, meaning I tailor treatment to fit your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I combine evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused strategies to help clients better understand themselves while developing healthier coping skills and emotional resilience. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can process difficult emotions, work through past experiences, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion. Together, we focus on meaningful progress at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for you.

What you can expect from me

n our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where they can openly share what has been weighing on them. We’ll spend time discussing your current concerns, personal history, goals for therapy, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, and supported while beginning to identify practical strategies and next steps tailored to your needs. By the end of the session, clients often leave with a clearer understanding of their goals, a sense of direction, and reassurance that they don’t have to navigate things alone.
