Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Ms. Linda M. Cantley, MAC, M.Ed, LISAC and being chosen for this life journey was the best thing that could had ever happened to me. I am blessed to be able to be a conductor in the lives of many by bringing calm into chaos; as I too was once lost, broken, drugged out wondering aimlessly with no direction or focus. NOW, I walk boldly in my truth, and my only desire is to help you walk in your truth by overcoming life obstacles and self-determined defeat.

My approach to therapy

Some of the therapeutic techniques I commonly utilize include Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Conflict Resolution, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Existential, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I have received credentialing as a Certified Chaplin Assistant and am able to provide Spiritual counseling, as I meet you where you are in life.

What you can expect from me

I believe that ultimately, you the client is the vehicle of change, and I am simply the GPS of the journey to wholeness. Together we will identify your needs and desires to live life you desire to live. I will help you reach your goals. I work with a myriad of issues, from SUD, co-dependent relationships, negative self-reflection, family conflict, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma and more! with an understanding that change is possible and recovery is for certain.
