I have been a therapist for 30 years, and have had many successes! I've been in private practice, in my own office for 16 years. I believe in short term, solution focused therapy, so that clients see results quickly, and experience long-term resolutions.

I specialize in the Rapid Resolution Therapy technique, a method which connects with the subconscious mind to create lasting change. I have had very good results working with trauma and grief issues, as well as long standing anger and anxiety. I also work with relationship issues, work issues and concerns, and other common life problems.

Most clients feel better after the first session, and gradually experience more improvement over time. Many clients report feeling more of a sense of peace and "clearness" in their daily lives that they hadn't experienced before. Long term issues are often resolved....and sometimes in just a few sessions!
