Great to meet you!

I am passionate about offering counseling and therapy services to women and femmes of color experiencing anxiety, depression, childhood and relational trauma, life transitions, and issues around spirituality. Through interpersonal, contextualized therapy and mindfulness (paying attention to our whole bodies), I aim to facilitate spaces where healing and wellness can be experienced and intentionally re-integrated.

My approach to therapy

I work with black and indigenous people of color, specifically women of color to remind and reconnect them to the resilience, support and healing that is available internally and externally. Having space to breath, to name, identify and re-claim is essential to healing. Through a holistic lens, I offer and co-create that space with you and for you.

What you can expect from me

In a world of tremendous suffering, healing can seem like a lofty and unattainable ideal. As a black woman who is also an immigrant, I do understand the reality of suppression, silencing and de-integration. Your courage in searching for counseling is a testament to both the reality of pain AND the persistent hope of achieving and receiving healing.
