Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a Masters Degree and a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness. I have experience treating a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders, and substance use challenges. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalize care, guiding you towards balance and well-being. Your mental health matters, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My initial section focuses on understanding the clients concern, medical and mental history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. Based on the assessments, a personalized treatment plan is developed, which may include medication management, lifestyle recommendation and therapy referral if needed. After the first section, regular follow-ups are schedule to monitor progress, adjust medication/treatment as needed and provide continuous support.

What you can expect from me

The goal of each section with the client is to focus on setting individualized goals and achieving measurable outcomes to improve mental health and overall wellbeing. Help them feel more in control and empowered in their mental health journey.
