Great to meet you!

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals seeking support for their mental health. My healthcare journey began with a degree in Health Sciences from Queensborough Community College (CUNY), followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. I later earned my advanced nursing degree with a specialization in Psychiatry from Walden University. Before transitioning into mental health, I spent more than nine years working in critical care, where I developed a strong foundation in treating patients with empathy, resilience, and clinical excellence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is personalized, collaborative, and centered on the unique needs of each individual. I am passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care, particularly within underserved communities, and I believe in treating the whole person—not just the symptoms. By combining evidence-based medication management with holistic strategies when appropriate, I strive to help my patients achieve lasting emotional wellness and improve their overall quality of life in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

What you can expect from me

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and beautiful children. I am committed to lifelong learning and staying current with advances in psychiatric care through my involvement with the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Psychiatry Advanced Practice Nurses of Houston, the American Nurses Association, and the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association. My goal is to empower every patient with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive.
