Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned therapist, with a master's degree and have vast experience across many areas that concern individuals, couples and families. I am known for my warmth, humor and meeting my clients where they are currently in their life.

As an ADHDER myself, I understand the complexities of the symptoms that come in clusters (not all the same), that can make life more challenging. With that and my experience of working with hundreds of families I bring a unique perspective to finding easier ways to live more successfully,

In addition, my range includes the careful pacing of helping individuals recover from narcissistic abuse, whether that is from your family of origin, friendships, coworkers, romantic partners or children. This is a highly skilled therapeutic venture, of accessing reality, after the prolonged insensitivity and demeaning effects that this kind of abuse causes. Finding your way through this painful involvement with another most often requires an expert partner.

Anxiety and depression, while very different states of being, often go hand in hand. Navigating the at times the paralyzing too devastating effects is a specialty of mine that can help enhance all pieces of your daily living.

Working with couples challenged with a multitude of issues from communication to infidelity has been another mainstay of my work. I am committed to assist in unraveling patterns of difficult relationships and redirecting the process between two people, to bring understanding, empathy and more harmony, that promotes change

A bit about my approach to therapy

Being seen as a unique individual who is struggling is of paramount importance to me. My hope is to provide a nonjudgemental space, where one is able to reveal their concerns and conflicts, setting personal goals, that we define together. Together we will improve your relationship with others and most importantly yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

I actively participate with you, in our time together, and at the end of each session you will have been heard and walk away with well-paced direction or aspects of your life to think about with a more positive approach.
