Great to meet you!

My therapeutic work focuses on trauma, substance use disorders, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and build meaningful change.

Often my clients might be struggling with loneliness, ruminating thoughts, explosive emotions, anger, emotional exhaustion, burnout, grief, poor sleep, loss of focus, strained relationships, or using substances to ease anxiety. I can help.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience in the field. I am also a Registered Nurse with 20 years of clinical practice, which deepens my understanding of the mind–body connection.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning. In our sessions, you can expect a calm, collaborative environment focused on understanding your experiences and helping you move toward the changes you want to see.
