My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected without judgment.
I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we explore the experiences, relationships, emotions, and patterns that may be affecting your well-being and preventing you from feeling fulfilled. While understanding the past can be important, I also focus on the present—helping you develop insight, build on your strengths, and identify practical ways to create meaningful change in your life.
My approach recognizes that our emotional well-being does not exist in isolation. It affects our relationships, careers, confidence, decision-making, and how we see ourselves. I draw upon more than 25 years of clinical experience, as well as my extensive background in business and executive leadership, to understand the whole person and the many different roles and responsibilities that shape our lives.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, career challenges, serious illness, a major life transition, or simply feeling that something in your life needs to change, my goal is to help you gain greater clarity, resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of yourself.
I believe we all have the capacity to grow throughout our lives. Therapy can help us understand where we have been, recognize where we are today, and make thoughtful choices about where we want to go next.
