Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my page! I am a practicing board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specialized in treating a broad spectrum of mental health disparities including but not limited to Attention Deficit Disorders, Anxiety, Depressive Disorders, and Sleep/Wake Disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a prescriber I ensure all clients are provided in each session a thorough review of new or prescribed medication and how they work specifically for their symptoms.

I utilize shared decision as my primary model of treatment. This process includes educating what different treatments do, how likely they are to work, and then discuss what your preference is in regards to treatment choosing the best fit for you.

What you can expect from our first session

New beginnings hold different emotions for each person. As your provider we will explore and discuss the best options to address your needs. Trust that you're closer to meeting your desired sense of self by investing this time into your own mental health.
