Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and have practiced for over a decade.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and life transitions, as well as supporting parents and families in fostering healthy relationships.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process your feelings, heal, and find hope.
