Great to meet you!

I would like my clients to feel, the words “safe and comfortable”. I want you to feel you are in a safe place to share your deep inner thoughts.

My approach to therapy

I like to meet my clients where they are and go from there. There are many modalities used in therapy, and in the social work profession, an eclectic approach that is individually based is my best approach.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away helpful tools to help learn, grow, and develop real-life strategies so that they can become self-reliant on their own skills to problem-solve on their own moving forward with their lives.
