Great to meet you!

Linda Hoang, MSN, APRN, is a nurse with over six years of diverse clinical experience across inpatient psychiatry, outpatient oncology, and family/internal medicine. She works with clients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Believing that no two paths are the same, she collaborates closely with clients and their families to design personalized treatment plans. Dedicated to continual learning, Linda finds deep fulfillment in supporting individuals during their times of greatest need. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is also an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the International Vietnamese Mental Health Association (IVMHA).

My approach to therapy

Linda uses a psychodynamic approach to help clients gently explore how their thoughts, feelings, and relationships shape who they are. As an Asian American provider, she deeply values the impact of cultural roots, family dynamics, and personal history on emotional well-being. She provides a warm, welcoming space where clients can be at ease, speak freely, and feel understood. Her primary areas of clinical focus include supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and everyday stress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with Linda to feel like an unhurried conversation rather than a rigid appointment. Linda knows that reaching out for support feels most natural when it feels like a conversation with a trusted friend rather than a clinical interview. Rather than watching the clock or rushing through a checklist, she focuses entirely on being present and attentive during your time together. Drawing from her background in triage nursing, she listens with deep care and patience, treating each client just as she would a loved one. Her priority is creating a comforting, pressure-free space where you feel genuinely heard, acknowledged, and supported from day one.
