Great to meet you!

With over 25 years in women’s health and mental health care, I specialize in women's mental health from a place of deep clinical experience—not just theory. My background in perinatal care and outpatient psychiatry allows me to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions with insight, steadiness, and respect for their whole experience.

I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management via telehealth for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where treatment decisions are made together and aligned with each individual’s goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I take time to understand each person’s history, current concerns, and treatment goals. I believe psychiatric medication management works best when decisions are made collaboratively and supported by education, realistic expectations, and ongoing follow-up.

When appropriate, I encourage coordination with therapists and other healthcare providers to support meaningful, sustainable improvement.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, review your concerns and symptoms, and discuss your mental health history and treatment goals. If appropriate, we will review medication options and create an individualized treatment plan. You will have time to ask questions, and we will discuss next steps together so you leave with a clear understanding of your care plan.
