Great to meet you!

I graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Then I proceeded to Liberty University for a Masters degree in Professional Counseling. I counsel individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, life changes, relationship changes from ages 11 to 90 in all stages of their lives utilizing CBT, DBT, and SFBT. In October I completed the basics of EMDR training and currently am working on my certification which I am hoping to complete by the end of the year.

My approach to therapy

My clinical focus emphasizes holistic healing, integrating evidence based practices with empathetic, personalized care. I believe in empowering clients to cultivate self-love, process difficult experiences, and develop meaningful coping strategies that align with their unique personal journey.

What you can expect from me

Drawing from a Christian-informed perspective, I create a compassionate, understanding, nonjudgmental environment. I'm particularly passionate about guiding clients through life transitions, addressing feelings of guilt and shame, and building robust emotional resilience.
