Great to meet you!

I serve clients coping with life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, and depression. I offer counseling for those facing end-of-life or loss-of-independence issues and their caregivers. I am also trained to serve those who have experienced complex and developmental trauma.

I have a MA in Counseling from Texas State University. I am a member of the American Counseling Association. My therapeutic techniques include cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused and EMDR.

My approach to therapy

It takes a great deal of courage to reach out and ask for help. Sometimes our life path is different than expected. You may be uncertain of your future, feel lost, or lack hope. Maybe you are looking for closure or finding a new way to see life. You may be experiencing challenges at home, in relationships, or at work. I am here to work with you to set and achieve personal goals and nurture positive changes in your life. I provide counseling to individuals to promote healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a safe place to look at your experiences in a non-judgmental place where you are free to feel, think, and process what is happening in your life. You do not have to go through this alone. I meet you where you are and gently guide you as you work with purpose to build on strengths and attain personal growth. I look forward to sharing your journey!
