I have 40 years of experience working in the field of mental health and substance abuse. This includes, long term mental illness, affective disorders, trauma issues and issues related to drug addiction and alcoholism, including, not only working with addiction, but also working with those who have ACOA, codependency, domestic violence, and self esteem issues.
While I maintain a compassionate and kind approach, my goal is to assist people in moving forward in their lives, developing strong boundaries, and becoming independent, so as to thrive in their families and communities.
