Great to meet you!

Hi — I’m Linda. For over 35 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals and couples navigating life’s toughest relational moments. I believe healing begins when you bring more compassion to yourself — and from that place, you can begin to transform your relationships. Clients often describe me as warm, empowering, and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll tap into your inner wisdom and rediscover what it means to be grounded, open, and compassionate — with yourself and others. I believe there’s a calm, strong sense of “Self” inside you, even if it’s hidden under pain, fear, or confusion. We’ll unwrap it gently. Rather than “fixing,” I’m here to be a guide — helping you see new perspectives, let go of burdens, and speak your truth from a place of strength and kindness.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start by tuning into what matters most to you right now — what feels stuck, painful, or yearning for change. I’ll ask questions to help you reflect and begin to see what might be getting in the way. You’ll leave with clarity about where we can go together, and at least one small step you can try before our next meeting. Over time, clients report they gain deeper self-awareness, more peace in their relationships, and the courage to live more aligned with their values.

What I specialize in: relationships of all kinds, family and couples dynamics, life transitions, inner conflict Ideal clients: Those who are ready to heal their relationship with themselves and others — whether in crisis, crossroads, or seeking deeper connection

Clients say I help them feel truly seen, understood, and hopeful — and they consistently leave with renewed possibility and tools to navigate whatever comes next.

If you’re looking for someone who’ll listen, sit with you in hard spaces, and guide you toward more honest, loving connection — let’s walk this path together.
