For over 35 years I have helped thousands of individuals and couples to communicate compassionately. I offer individual counseling, couples counseling and mediation.

I am an Internal Family Systems therapist, trained in other modalities as well - and I am also a mediator and attorney and Chopra-certified teacher of meditation, yoga and Ayurveda. I blend emotional and spiritual healing along with legal and financial information and support.

My goal is to help you be more loving to yourself so that you can improve all your relationships - starting with the one you have with yourself.
